Specialty
1- Pending Cases Department:
This departments is responsible for the following cases: civil, corporate, environmental, investment, insurance and international law cases.
Every field is headed by a consular who supervises the required team. All teams are directed by the manager Professor Eisa Al-Enezy Head of the International Law Department at Kuwait University Law School and the co-manager Professor Nada Al-Duaij. Professor of Law at Kuwait University Law School.
2- Court Decisions Execution Department:
One of our managers leads a group of qualified representatives, who have a great relationship and understanding with all the various governmental Ministries in Kuwait, allowing us to execute decisions in no time.
3- Special Administrative tasks :
Establish entitles according to the Kuwaiti law from scratch, Trademark Registration, Intellectual Industrial Property Registration, and client representation in such cases.
4- Consultations:
One of our main services is to provide legal consultations to the public authorities of the various Kuwaiti Ministries and Private Sectors.
Our group is specialized in preparing drafts for International Treaties, Conventions, Resolutions, Declarations and Legislations.
