He is the founding partner and general manager of the group. He holds a PhD in International Law, and he  previously held the position of Head of International Law Department at Kuwait University. He has extensive
experience in civil, environmental, investment, corporate and international law cases, and he is an expert in providing legal consultations to public bodies in various Kuwaiti ministries and private sectors.

He pleaded before many foreign courts (Bahraini, Qatari, etc.). He is headed many governmental investigation committees and many international and commercial arbitration committees. He is fluent in English, French.
