Mr. Ahmed Arafa has nearly twenty years of experience in the legal field. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Alexandria University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Private Law, specializing in Arbitration from the same university. He also holds a Master’s degree in Law from Alexandria University and is in the process of completing his research for a Doctorate in Law.

Mr. Ahmed Arafa worked as a private attorney in Egypt and was appointed as a member of the Legal Affairs Department at the National Social Insurance Authority in Egypt. Additionally, he has nearly ten years of experience in the legal field in Kuwait, focusing on commercial cases, corporate matters, and intellectual property cases. He heads the Intellectual Property Protection Department within the group and provides daily consultations to clients locally and regionally in various aspects of commercial law, company law, trademark law, and all laws related to intellectual property rights protection.

Mr. Ahmed Arafa is also skilled in drafting all types of contracts, lawsuits, appeals, and preparing research, studies, and legal consultations for clients.
